• Designed and implemented the architecture for the Vendor Integration Service as a critical component of the Bank Account Collection project. The service ensures the secure and compliant transfer of employee bank account details to vendors across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM regions, leveraging advanced encryption protocols and AWS KMS for data security. It was built with a modular, extensible design to support diverse regional regulatory requirements and vendor-specific APIs. The service also incorporates fault-tolerant mechanisms, real-time monitoring, and dynamic scaling to handle fluctuating traffic and ensure uninterrupted operations.
• ATP Auditing System: Built a robust, scalable event auditing platform capturing all database modifications. This system supports real-time monitoring and generates technical/business reports while handling millions of records daily with negligible performance overhead
• Pay Documents Platform: Led a team of 5 engineers to create a unified pay documentation system for employees in EMEA, APAC, and LATAM. Coordinated with external vendors and stakeholders, successfully launching the platform in Greece. The system manages document versioning and compliance with regional data protection laws.
• Led a team of six engineers on the Anytime Pay (ATP) project, enabling Amazon employees to withdraw earned wages on demand. Successfully delivered several critical initiatives, including the seamless onboarding of a new vendor, US Bank. Designed and optimized the system to handle over 150k daily transactions, ensuring high availability, reliability, and compliance with financial regulations.
