On the other hand, those who are in a stressed and constrained environment, they not only have a low output at work, they carry it home also which has a negative impact on their health and personal lives. I have started the movement #MakeWorkplaceFunAgain and I am on a mission to make 1 million professionals have an enjoyable and fun workplace, thereby increasing their productivity and also making a positive change in their Personal lives. I have a reason to be so confident about making this change. Our professional workplaces are not our first workplace (or "Karmabhumi). We had our schools and colleges and universities as our workplaces before. We had our fair share of worries there also (exams, cut off marks, minimum percentage etc.) but we enjoyed those days so much. We were really happy at each other's success and were there by each others' sides when times were tough. We are the same guys now in professional workplace, just that my friends will be in some other company and someone's else's college mate will be with me. However, the professional workplace is so stressful and contained. And there is no reason why this can not be changed and be as enjoyable and fulfilled as our school and college days. I have put together my 20+ years of professional experience in creating enjoyable, fun-loving and productive workplaces and also incorporated experiences of other colleagues and friends to come put with a step-by-step process to achieve the same.
