• Worked with Moderation Automation and Relevance Systems (MARS) team which is an advertising content intelligence team that focuses on keeping Amazon Advertising a safe, trustworthy, and customer friendly marketplace.
• Worked independently on setting up ES clusters on AWS using cloudformation, SQS and serverless architecture along with jinja templates for moderation team which deals with more than 1.5+ billion ads across marketplaces.
• Built out end-to-end scalable system to search ads using keywords and then taking bulk actions like re-moderation, suspension, etc. on them. On an average there are 165+ bulk actions executed per week.
• Worked on the project to make evidence capture as mandatory by moderators so as in order to pin point the exact cause for rejection of campaigns to advertisers. This impacted around 375+ million advertisers’ experience.
• Constantly works on raising the bar to highest standards across the team including improving query execution time, reducing the infrastructure costs, RDS certificate changes and multiple other responsibilities across the team. Worked with multiple teams and independently on database migration, service re-architecture and infra structure migration projects at Amazon.
