As the Founder, I lead the overall strategy, operations, and business development of the organization, with a focus on delivering precision testing, ensuring compliance with national and international standards, and driving quality innovation in the electrical manufacturing ecosystem.

Established and operationalized the laboratory from the ground up, including infrastructure setup, accreditation, and team building
Spearheaded business partnerships with electrical manufacturers, utilities, and industry stakeholders
Ensured rigorous adherence to NABL and BIS standards across all testing procedures
Leading expansion into new service areas, including R&D and advanced materials testing
Overseeing all aspects of client delivery, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance
