• Worked on building a product named Datashop Care from scratch which integrates all the EMRs (HealthCare Systems) data to a single format using integrated data lake and thereby do the analytics on multiple measures. This product Identifies and addresses gaps in healthcare industry with the help of quality reporting, care management and there by improves patient health, lower their health care costs etc.
• My Responsibilities:
• Built a Transport Server that has pre-built connectors to many popular healthcare systems which extracts the data and schema on incremental basis.
• Built a customised scheduled ETL Pipelines from scratch on big data eco system using Hadoop, Spark, Azkaban, ElasticSearch which extracts the data from multiple sources, standardise the data, cleanses the data and does many complex operations to make sure data format coming from all the different Healthcare systems should be in same format (mapped to datashop’s master schema).
• Built Measure Builder with proper versioning and revision control which helps in configuring all the measures and running them on a scheduled basis.
• Built Quality Reporting tool (Dashboards) that helps in addressing gaps by drilling down to perform analysis from aggregate to individual level.
• Built Sophisticated User Management ensuring all the users have proper access to the data/modules of DatashopCare.
