Key Responsibilities:
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience within Data Digital & Technology (DD&T), primarily for Innovation Capability Center APAC (ICC APAC) which results in a distinctive competitive advantage for Takeda
 Set a talent acquisition agenda, both within and across DD&T in India, with integrated linkages between “buy-build” strategy. Deliver on workforce plans.
Manage team of RPO resources. Create an environment which inspires people to do their best and is aligned to the Company’s values. Elevate Talent Acquisition capabilities
 Participate in Global HR projects and Communities of Practice as required. Apply knowledge of contemporary external best practices to co-create solutions that are relevant and make a difference
Deliver talent insights to DD&T Leaders, HRBLs and HR Partners such as performance metrics, vendor SLAs or external talent maps · Build relationships with and manage performance of external partners including RPOs (recruitment process outsourcing) and preferred agencies
