Ajay Saini — CEO
I believe true character lies in integrity and service values that inspire me to pursue the Indian Administrative Service (IAS) and contribute to nation-building. Since 2021, I’ve been preparing for the UPSC Civil Services Examination with perseverance, completing four attempts and determined to succeed in my fifth (CSE 2026). My journey from a Civil Engineer to an IAS aspirant reflects consistency and dedication. I completed my B.Tech in Civil Engineering (2016–2020) from Rajasthan Technical University, Kota, and gained practical exposure through a PWD Rajasthan internship, sharpening my analytical skills in public infrastructure. Through NEXT IAS (MADE EASY Group) coaching, I strengthened my conceptual clarity and answer-writing skills. Along the way, I have also mentored fellow aspirants, sharing strategies and lessons from my own preparation. Having completed an M.A. in Geography and chosen Political Science & International Relations (PSIR) as my optional, I’ve deepened my understanding of governance, internal security, and socio-economic development—perfectly aligning with my IAS goals. My vision is to serve a secure, progressive, and inclusive India as an IAS officer, driving tangible grassroots change with integrity and accountability. If you’re on a similar UPSC journey, let’s connect and exchange insights... Jai Hind!!!
