• Managed Homefeed Service (Inception to Completion): Led the development of Furrl's Homefeed service, responsible for curating and recommending "vibes" (Furrl's term for collections of products and brands). Orchestrated the entire lifecycle, utilizing a Node.js backend, MongoDB database, and Redis cache to ensure optimal performance and user engagement.
• Datapipe and Analytics Integration: Contributed to the Datapipe, a system designed for data collection during API calls. Implemented the seamless population of this analytics data onto Airtable, enhancing data-driven decision-making processes.
• Communication Module for Order Life Cycle Events: Designed and implemented a robust Communication Module spanning 17 events throughout the order life cycle, from initial app installation by the customer to the final delivery of the order or refund processing in case of cancellations. Ensured effective communication and a smooth customer experience at every touchpoint. Communication channel includes SMS, WhatsApp and E-mail.
