• In my current role, I lead Polygon’s grant programs designed to accelerate the growth of Polygon across multiple sectors, including DeFi, NFTs, Gaming, AI, and more.

• Launched the 1B POL Community Grants Program, attracting 970+ applications across various verticals
• Deployed 17M POL in Season 1, funding innovative projects in 11 categories such as Social-Fi, Infra, and Public Goods.

• As the Head of Developer Strategy and Outreach, I designed and led programs that engaged the developer community and expanded Polygon’s global footprint through large-scale events, hackathons, and developer support initiatives. During this period, I also expanded my team to include 15+ members, consisting of event managers, community managers, and DevRel engineers, ensuring that every initiative was efficiently executed at scale
• Key Achievements:
• Spearheaded the Polygon DevX Tour across Asia, Europe, and North America, raising $1M in sponsorships and organizing flagship events like Polygon Connect, which drew over 10,00 attendees​
• Managed the Polygon Guilds Program, expanding it to 100+ guild chapters worldwide, engaging local developers through meetups, hackathons, and workshops​
• Launched the Polygon Advocates Program, growing to 50+ regional advocates who created content, hosted events, and promoted Polygon in key regions​

• In my early role at Polygon, I led Developer Relations, focusing on engaging and supporting developers to build on Polygon. I initiated several key programs to incentivize early-stage development and foster collaboration between developers and the ecosystem.

• Launched the Build and Earn Program, which attracted 100+ new teams to build dApps on Polygon.
• Organized and sponsored over 100 hackathons and events, onboarding thousands of developers globally​
• Played a crucial role in early developer onboarding and establishing the foundational dApp ecosystem on Polygon.

• Analysed the attack vectors of wallets/distributed systems through a combination of STRIDE threat modelling, chaos engineering.
• Implemented test cases using Mocha, Chai to validate correctness of Wallet API ensuring proper HTTP response codes, meaningful err. messages, compliance to OpenAPI v3.0 and no sensitive data leakage.
• Identified concurrency and idempotency issues using automated test scripts for wallet APIs.
• Implemented fuzzing of user input using JSON Faker library to validate payload sanitization and identify anomalous behaviour if any.
• Researched and identified Blockchain specific security vulnerabilities such as transaction malleability in Bitcoin
