As a Product Manager Intern at Adobe, I worked in the MDSR Lab to transform an early-stage Causal ML research concept into a production-ready feature for Adobe Journey Optimizer. I co-developed a model capable of simulating buyer behavior with record accuracy, conducted market and financial analysis to establish product–market fit, and created the go-to-market and rollout plan.
I joined full time to continue building this feature. The feature was one of only six releases showcased in the Adobe Summit Keynote in Las Vegas in 2023.

Led the end-to-end journey of building a privacy-first AI assistant designed to identify and flag misinformation on messaging platforms like WhatsApp. In just six months, we developed and deployed a functional pilot on AWS, leveraging advanced NLP techniques to enable in-context, guided user actions within chats—envisioning agent-like capabilities well before the GenAI era. The project secured 1st Runner-Up at the Facebook Digital Challenge 2017, received in-kind AWS credits from Facebook for its social-impact potential, and was successfully transferred to a public-sector partner for deployment in nationwide digital safety programs (NDA signed).
