• Built a conversational assistant (Skype/ Skype for Business /Slack) which helped perform tedious tasks in an easier manner.
• Used Microsoft Bot Framework to achieve the desired functionality
• The bot assisted with performing activities such as buying products from the service catalog, raising an incident and commenting up on exiting incidents on Service Now
• The bot also assisted with Micosoft TFS activities such as getting a current list of defects assigned to a user, commenting on a issue., hours burnt and Embedded forms to raise a defect/issue with an existing backlog
• The bot was developed on Node.js and all the interactions to different components was done using REST APIs provided by the vendor.
