• I head the entire front end engineering charter for FreeCharge. My responsibilities include the handling of app, web and mweb teams along with a cross functional E2E quality engineering team. I report to the CEO of the organization and head the engineering team on a strategy front. My work encompasses building roadmaps on a product front for FreeCharge and work with the product and design teams to ship wonderful products from the stables of FreeCharge. In addition to this, I run a small team which works on all possible solutions to ease payments by building demos for the same, thereby staying a step ahead in the payments industry on possible fronts. My other responsibilities include working closely with the backend engineering teams and architecting ideas ground up. I currently head a team of 50 folks across apps/web/mweb and QE.

• Was the engineering manager for the accounting team for retail systems at Flipkart. I was responsible for handling accounting pieces of WSR on both the payables and the receivables end. I was also leading the team that was responsible for month end closure of books.
