I’m Saravana, the Founder and CEO of Kovai.co. In 2010, I started this journey with a simple idea. Over the years, Kovai.co has grown into a global SaaS company, serving over 2,500 customers with a team of 250+ talented people. We’ve explored, experimented, and learned by building and shutting down several products before honing our focus on three core products: Document360, Turbo360, and BizTalk360. Today, Kovai.co has achieved over $15M in annual revenue, with two products generating more than $5M each and one exceeding $1M. This journey hasn’t been straightforward, along the way, we’ve tried and refined different approaches, and disproved conventional wisdom: • You can scale a bootstrapped business. • A single founder can lead a thriving company. • A multi-product strategy can succeed. • Great businesses can emerge from Tier-2 cities. I’m inspired by Bill Gates’ insight: “People overestimate what they can achieve in one year and underestimate what they can achieve in ten years.” I also follow the philosophy of Kaizen, believing that consistent, small improvements lead to significant outcomes over time. For me, success isn’t just about numbers; it’s about the journey and the impact we create. My personal ambition is to create and share wealth, helping at least 25 individuals achieve their career and financial goals.
