• Responsibilities:
• Responsible for Preparing job description, source, pre-screen, evaluate skills and interview candidates for the right match.
• Source qualified passive and active candidates to fill open contract, contract-for-hire and permanent positions through cold-calling, referrals, internet searches, internet job boards, discussion groups and professional associations
• Negotiated and did closing of positions open in diverse business environments such as but not limited to IT, Pharmaceutical, Banking, Financial, Telecommunication, Health-care, Insurance, Manufacturing, Automotive, Media & Entertainment industries and more
• Conducted behavioral and phone interviews, and make recommendations to Managers on the most qualified candidates.
