• I worked for Umbrella Services under Adobe Business Platform(SaaS platform), focusing on several microservices:
• 1. **Contract Renewal Service**

• Key Business Initiatives:
• 1. **Reduced Adobe product licensing time from 40 seconds to 3 seconds**: Achieved by optimizing AWS SQS Queue configuration in Just In Time Request Access (JITRA).
• 2. **Automatic Grace Extension**: Implemented configurable grace period extension for Adobe customers at contract end dates to maintain access to Adobe products for priority customers.
• 3. **Decoupling Entitlement Service**: Decomposed the monolithic Entitlement Service into microservices, including Contract, License, Delegation, and Provisioning Services.
• Sub-initiatives under Provisioning Services:
• Designed User License Provisioning model.
• Implemented priority queue for handling different priority requests.
• Synchronized licensing and de-licensing actions based on database mutex for user IDs in queue-based design.
• Migrated data from the old system to the new system.
• Configured monitoring dashboards and alerting systems.
• 4. **Developed Java multi-threading script**: Reduced migration time by 90% when migrating a substantial amount (10 million licenses) of data from the old legacy system to the new system.
