  • You just about finished a boring history class and the bell rings. Your heart starts racing & you exchange glances with your besties. The next hour is your 'Game period / PT / PE period'. You run to the ground and for the next hour, your heart just longs for 1 thing- The next bell shouldn't ring, please. Did you have a target of 3k steps / finishing your 10k run in 60 mins in that time - NO!!

  • Built Swiggy Instamart business grounds up and scaled the business 100X in 2 years, Joined the business when it was a concept on paper - launched the first set of stores in 2 cities, took a city to EBITDA profitability before we obtained the go-ahead for scale-up.
  • Subsequently scaled the business to 26 cities, 400+ dark stores and the largest quick commerce player in India. In the very first month, we clocked a revenue of 3 Cr and took it to 600 Cr/month in 2.5 years.
  • Built one of the largest fresh business in India processing 300-350 Tons of fruits and vegetables on daily basis. Vertically integrated the value-chain by setting-up 20 collection centers, 5 processing centers handling almost 6L packets per day and operated the business at a net margin of 20%+ (post wastage) - Probably the best across the country.
  • Manage product, business, operations, CX, growth of Instamart with a team-size of 500+. Worked with a dedicated team of 80+ engineers and 15 product managers and developed, managed and executed the full product roadmap including supply products, warehouse management products, fulfilment products,forecasting and replenishment products, storefront and customer experience including growth, AOV. Scaled-up the ad-revenue charter to ~4% of revenues, again the leader in the industry.
