I have over three decades of experience in the ICT industry and 25 years with Cisco. I am inspired every day by our talented teams and our company's focus on driving digitization for the betterment of businesses, governments, and societies at large. Currently, I am the Senior Vice President of Cisco’s Global Specialists organization, I lead a team of 5,000+ experts focused on driving growth and innovation across our most strategic portfolios—from Enterprise AI and Security to Networking, Cloud, and Collaboration, and Internet and Mass-Scale Infrastructure. We operate at the intersection of engineering, go-to-market, and trusted partnerships to deliver real outcomes for customers and partners around the world. Our work drives some of Cisco’s most strategic growth engines, including Enterprise AI, Security, and the Webscale/Hyperscale market. Prior to my current role, I served as President for Cisco Asia Pacific, Japan, and Greater China, where I’m responsible for Cisco APJC's strategy, accelerating business growth, and together with the team, delivering continuous innovation for our customers. I was President and General Manager for Cisco Japan and led Worldwide Sales for Enterprise Networks. Earlier, I held leadership roles spanning architecture, and technology strategy, including as CTO and Architectures leader for Enterprise Networks, Data Center, Security, and Collaboration in the Asia Pacific and Japan. Among these roles, I was responsible for capturing market transitions, delivering sustained competitive leadership, and driving growth across all technologies. I'm passionate about driving a people-first, trust-based culture, creating opportunities for employee growth, and building diverse, high-performing teams.
