Before stepping into this role, I was based in London as Head of Value-Added Services (VAS) for Europe, helping clients grow through innovative solutions in digital, risk, acceptance, and open banking. My journey with Visa also includes time in Singapore, where I served as Group Country Manager for Regional Southeast Asia and SVP of Global Client Management, working closely with some of our largest global partners. Prior to joining Visa in 2019, I spent 25 years in financial services with HSBC, ANZ, and Ahli United Bank, holding CEO roles in South Korea, Vietnam, Brunei, Iraq, and Kuwait. I’ve led businesses across retail, corporate, and institutional banking—experiences that continue to shape how I lead with purpose and impact.
