Sivakumar is a result oriented global Technology/Digital Executive and has served across industry segments in his career - software, technology, industrial/manufacturing and consulting. Currently Sivakumar is the Vice President of Johnson Controls OpenBlue India Software Engineering and APAC solutions and a member of Global OpenBlue Leadership team. He is responsible for leading an organization of 1350+ engineers and 500+ partner associates driving synergies across five engineering centers, leveraging best practices in software engineering to deliver customer centric connected solutions, as part of OpenBlue platform enabling Smart Buildings and Sustainability. He is part of APAC leadership team working across regions to accelerate digital growth. Sivakumar is a Board member/Director of JCIPL. Prior to joining Johnson Controls, Sivakumar spent 17+ years at Honeywell across businesses (SBGs) and Corporate progressively taking various global leadership roles across regions. Prior to Honeywell, Sivakumar worked as a Consultant in India and the UK across verticals. He started his career at Titan Industries (Tata Group) as an Energy Conservation Engineer. He spends time to train the teachers to improve education in under- represented communities.
