She is also a Certified Futurist and member of The Futurist Institute, leveraging her expertise in futurology and strategic foresight to drive the application of technology for organisational value. Sally is known for her contributions to the industry as a thought leader, broadcaster, keynote speaker, and technology writer, with features in publications such as The Times. With over 17 years of experience in marketing, CX, and technology, Sally has been dedicated to working with customers at Salesforce for the past 10 years, helping them reimagine future customer and employee experiences to drive business results and foster change. Prior to joining Salesforce, she played a key role in the digital transformation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud across EMEA regions during her time at Caesars Entertainment.
