After completing my mechanical engineering, I gained experience in private start-ups and public Fortune 500 companies. This helped me find a balance between pace, structure and learning curve. My urge to gravitate towards opportunities that are fast-paced and challenging has led me to be part of teams in business operations, project management, strategy and services management. My global and cross-rotational assignments have enabled me to experience tough conditions at customer energy sites to showcase my technical know-how. I am accelerating my communications and strategy skills by deciding content and structure for global communications across the organization. My core deliverables are structured around the service and equipment projects that aim to deliver a flawless customer experience while treating safety and the environment as the priority. As a young leader, currently pursuing my PGP at ISB while building Alpha AI and SpeakSpace, I learn, lead and grow together with my team as we work on new generation ideas. My favorite thing to do is to solve complex business problems with a fresh outlook to define a project and take it from a concept to realizing it as a solution. To accomplish this, I focus on building teams and quickly adapt to new insights. My belief that leadership goes hand in hand with sustainability and social impact has made me actively lead teams to work on initiatives that empower people and push them to be their better versions in the community. My energy to work in a team comes from its diversity and I enjoy meeting new people and hear their perspectives. I believe in constantly refining and educating myself personally and professionally. As a resilient person, I don't fear failures and enjoy challenging myself. My hobbies- cooking and dance are the major contributors to my confidence and patience as a person.
