• Role Summary:
• Establishment of Treasury Operations department in the Salt Lake City office (22 positions). This included planning the migration, identifying the migration team, recruiting the right talent from internal and external candidate pools, training those who were recruited, and then transitioning processes and functions from Bangalore to Salt Lake City.
• Post-migration, was responsible for leading and managing the newly-formed team of 20 analysts/Associates in the Salt Lake City office.
• Key Achievements:
• 2008-09: Successfully planned and managed the migration of functions with zero errors, with the migration of functions concluding 6 months ahead of schedule.
• 2008-09: Worked with all Treasury Operations offices to design and plan the roll-out of a Global Business Continuity Plan, which would establish a daily ‘follow-the-sun’ model of work-driver management.

This has subsequently been rolled out to include Treasury Operations across all Goldman Sachs offices.
