I’ve been working in the digital arena for more than 15 years, currently as Head of Innovation at Capgemini UK. Here you’ll find me overseeing our multidisciplinary innovation teams across Capgemini’s top clients and leading the charge on crafting experiences that solve human needs with emerging technologies. The best way of describing me is I’m a creative techy with an eye for design and business strategy. I can be commonly found advocating for the voice of the user and work across the business, customer, design and technology domains. But because I’m also a geek - I am very comfortable on the ground with engineering and design teams making, tinkering and getting hands-on with crafting human centred solutions. I lead Capgemini’s approach to empower and enable our customers to deliver sustained innovation to market at pace, enabling them to stay one step ahead. I actively promote cross-collaboration through our extensive ecosystem of customers, our creative teams, start-ups, scale-ups and partners. I lead the strategy and growth of our own venture and ensure excellence is delivered throughout all client projects. Areas of special focus include the development of new digitally enabled products, services and businesses with embedded artificial intelligence, internet of things and the latest emerging technologies and in-depth knowledge of delivering world-class cloud native experiences across omni-channels at pace.
