• 6. Built a solutioning playbook to contain cart abandonment in retail e-commerce websites. 60-70% of digital customers abandon the cart. This solution pack addresses the various drop-off reasons of abandoning customers. The first phase of the solution is live on a couple of clients and has yielded an incremental impact of more than 10% .
