Sandeep Joshi received the PhD degree in Electrical Engineering from IIT Delhi, where he was selected under the Visvesvaraya PhD scheme for Electronics & IT sponsored by the Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology, Government of India. He worked as a Chief Engineer in the Mobile Communications research group at the Samsung R&D Institute Bangalore, where he was involved in research in the area of beyond 5G/6G communication systems. Sandeep was selected as BRICS Young Scientist 2023 to represent India in the BRICS Young Scientist Conclave 2023 held in South Africa. He is a Fellow of the Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers (IETE) and a senior member of IEEE. He is a recipient of the IETE-NV Gadadhar Memorial Award 2023. He is an Editor of the IETE Journal of Research. He has qualified UGC-NET in the field of Electronic science.
