At Nasscom, I collaborated with international and Indian technology and business services firms to influence policy dialogues, craft industry-shaping narratives, and drive initiatives that propelled the growth of India’s technology services sector. This experience provided a unique glimpse into how enterprises adapt to disruption, scale globally, and nurture innovation. Today, at HFS Research, I partner with CXOs and transformation leaders across the world’s largest enterprises. My work focuses on: 1. Designing GCC strategies that maximize value, talent, and innovation outcomes 2. Guiding services-to-software transformation journeys, enabling enterprises to build productized, digital-first business models 3. Assessing and improving AI readiness, helping organizations embed AI responsibly and effectively into their core operations What excites me most is working with enterprises as they navigate a rapidly evolving digital economy — strengthening innovation ecosystems, reimagining how work gets done, and preparing people and organizations for an AI-enabled future of work.
