A distinguished senior leader in digital, data and culture transformation based in India for the last decade. I spent 25 years at the worlds #1 Wealth Manager leading the delivery of solutions and services across multiple data domains, capabilities, platforms and geographies. In 2015, I relocated to India, developing and driving the technology strategy across 13 locations in Asia and leading over 10,000 staff as a Country Head, Board Member and Asia CIO/Chief Digital Information Officer reporting directly into the Board. Through out my career I’ve really enjoyed developing talent and building high performing teams across the globe. My experience in India has been inspiring and rewarding having established a new delivery location from scratch into a differentiating talent hub, across 3 cities with over 5000 engineers driving delivery of next generation technology in the world of investing and financial services. I was born and brought up in Birmingham UK and am extremely proud of my roots and heritage across India, East Africa and UK. My background, community connectivity, experiences and passion allow me to deeply connect with people from similar backgrounds and as such I’ve been a strong sponsor, mentor and campaigner for education across multiple initiatives positively impacting communities in the UK and in India.
