In PayU, I work on UPI-QR, Bharat-QR and storefront QR products (storefront QR in simple words is a URL of the merchant's check-out page embedded in the QR). Responsible to plan and release new features, and APIs, onboarding acquirers, ensuring correct reconciliation, monitoring success rates and working with legal & UX teams to ensure compliance and finalising designs. Before this, I was with IndiaMART responsible for end-to-end management of its payment gateway (Pay with IndiaMART) including tech, product and operations. The payment gateway provides the buyers to make secured payments to sellers on IndiaMART, I had to make the buyer's life easier by increasing the visibility of the product, improving the user flow, providing all the affordability and other payment options that are there in the market, and negotiating with different PGs to optimise commercials, make the sellers life easier by settling instantly to his account & make it simpler for him to send invoices. Skilled in SQL, Google Analytics, Product Management, BRDs, User Stories, Bug Resolution, JIRA, Wireframing, UI/UX, Analytics, R, UAT Outside of work I cheer myself up by playing the guitar, exploring the world of economics & politics, reading books and newspapers, going into rabbit holes & sometimes I try my hand at writing.
