With over 18 years of experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data science, I am the Founder of Eizen, where we are pioneering the development of autonomous AI systems. At Eizen, we focus on AI-generating algorithms (AI-GA) that autonomously learn, evolve, and create families of AI models to solve diverse business challenges, particularly those involving video data. My work integrates expertise in evolutionary algorithms, optimization, and machine learning to challenge traditional approaches to artificial intelligence.   • Creation of general artificial intelligence, meaning that an ai system which can think and act similar to any human way of thinking and acting. To attain this,the traditional/manual approaches, where we build the machine learning models and trying to prove machines are intelligent may not be a right approach, in my opinion.

  • Primarily our mission is to help organisations, in turn billions of job seekers, to automate their hiring process. How can we build tools that can support both the hiring managers and job seekers ?
  • There are numerous opportunities to utilise the learning algorithms to capture the cognitive processes of recruiting managers' way of thinking, assessing, and hiring candidates, but this is a complex problem to build any intelligent system that can mimic the behaviours of thousands of recruiting managers and millions of job seekers coming from various domain experiences. We observe the processes of hiring candidates for various job roles but there is a "Dark Data" that is completely hidden behind these processes. It cannot be observed directly but effects of it are observed in the form of hired candidates. We focus on building tools that can collect this hidden data and analyse them to retrieve the most intuitive knowledge out of them to compose in the form of Knowledge Graphs (KG); these KGs can better be utilised our self-learning systems.
  • Some of our unstructured data products including Knowledge Graphs, Ontologies, AI-Bots, and Recommendation Systems, where we primarily use NLP algorithms combined with other Non-linear modelling techniques
