At StartupCrafters, I worked with early-stage teams in health-tech, ed-tech, and consumer startups, running Demo Days, designing programs, and tracking KPIs that helped founders find traction.At the Wadhwani Foundation, I led programs that combined innovation and scale: expanding to 65 institutes and 10,000+ students and helping 85% of participants earn Global Jury Certificates.
