• Worked on one of the most promising product of the future, 'Tara' the chatbot cum virtual assistant. Promising to shift bookings and operations to AI driven products. Currently the mission of the company is to replace 85% of the total operation using Tara. It is currently embedded in the website and standalone here (tara.ixigo.com)
• Created a cumulated dashboard for internal purpose of the company. It takes input as trip ID/phone Number'/ 'Train PNR' and fetches every possible data point available for the user associated. Some data points included trip-related cards with complete information, ixigo money ledger, CleverTap profiles and many more. The customer support system started handling query at a 3x speed.

• After we completed our first year, me and my friends realised that even when we bought the course text books from the shops, we didn't have the right books. So after going through this we decided to open a platform where seniors can give their old books to juniors. This way the juniors got the right books and both the seniors and juniors saved money. In addition to this we reduced the students' travel costs and they would no longer have to go to far places to buy the correct books.
• Everything was operated through a whatsapp account.
• Later on we rolled out the website known as www.thecampusbazaar.com
• We introduced QurioUSS in this edition along with the book store. QurioUSS consisted of a Q&A webpage where people can post their queries and get their answers.
• Store was made as an Ad posting mechanism.
