• As a Product Team Lead at GET, I have had to put together a team that is functioning together toward building a product that aims to drive the future of the urban logistics industry.

At the product level, we are presently focused on pushing out the beta version of a web-based platform that will allow users predominantly in a specific region to make or receive dispatch deliveries within that metropolitan area.
• The premiere version will be on the web in November 2023, and will quickly aim to dominate that dispatch business through an open platform strategy.

• As a product designer, my core strengths include defining the problem to be solved, proposing the correct solution for users and stakeholders, detailing out product requirements, determining the product creation process and finally designing the final solution.
• I enjoy getting lost in visual design.
• I focus a lot of initial energy on defining the correct problem and specifying it, because I also enjoy starting at the very beginning. Design to me, is just as non-visual as it is visual. Therefore, if problems are not properly defined using first principles thinking and user research, it is very easy to build a solution to the wrong problem.
• Proposing the correct solution to a problem takes skill and an acute love for simplifying things to make them easy. I do this when I describe the solution and all its parts, after carrying out both stakeholder and user research, before I start any form of visual design.
• The best part is, I get the rare human priviledge to employ all these skills and abilities to create world class products everyday. I am indeed blessed.
