As an experienced product manager with over a decade of experience, my ultimate goal is to build products and companies that can make a positive impact on people's lives. I am an inquisitive person and always exploring new ideas and concepts. My primary areas of interest are technology and business models. Throughout my career, I have built products in various industries, including edu-tech, HR-tech, E-commerce, and Conversational AI. During my tenure at Netomi, I collaborated with the sales team to position the conversational AI product within different industries, achieving a classification score of over 95% and increasing bot engagement by more than 30%. At VMock, I successfully built their Employer product while simultaneously scaling the Career Centre product. My efforts resulted in remarkable growth of 100X for the employer product and 10X for the career centre product. My first startup, Learnifii, was born out of a passion for addressing the challenges in our education system. I recognized that focusing on 21st-century learning skills, commonly referred to as the 4 C's - critical thinking, creative thinking, communicating, and collaborating, is crucial for students' success in school and beyond. Currently, I am building products at BookMyShow, focusing on increasing revenue and retention. Along with my work at BookMyShow, I also advise and work with startups in their ideation stage to help them find product/market fit, evolve their business model, and formulate a solid product strategy. Problem-solving is a passion of mine, and I always strive to find innovative solutions to complex challenges.
