Leading large teams in matrixed environments across international locations has given me the unique opportunity to run the entire spectrum of operations. As the Global Head of Convatec Business Services, I lead a next-generation shared services and business solutions function designed not just to support, but to accelerate. From enhancing agility through automation to streamlining enterprise-wide collaboration, our team is focused on delivering business outcomes that power Convatec’s global ambitions. With operations in Lisbon, Bogotá, and Kuala Lumpur, we lay a strong emphasis on consistency, service excellence, and digital-first execution. I serve on the Global Advisory Board of the Shared Services & Outsourcing Network (SSON), where I contribute to the evolving role of global business services in today’s rapidly changing business landscape. Previously, I was Group Head of Global Enterprise Services at dsm-firmenich, where I led the creation and rollout of an integrated, global operations model. This involved harmonising processes, digitising services, and enabling end-to-end accountability across business functions. With teams operating in Brazil, New Jersey, Netherlands, Switzerland, Spain, China and India, I helped strengthen the backbone of the organisation combining technology, talent and teamwork. Earlier in my career, I worked with McKinsey & Company, Lehman Brothers, Reuters, Agilent Technologies, Crompton Greeves and ITI (Indian Telephone Industries).
