Hi there! I’m Shrawani, and I’ve spent my life working to lift women up and make a real difference. My grandmother, who led a group for women over 50, taught me the power of bringing women together to share and support each other. When I was 23, I started a project to help women in slums get the education and skills they needed, and it grew into something amazing. A big NGO in Pune saw what we were doing and took us under the shelter, so we could help even more women.Later in years I realised it was my first startup. Then, I took a leap into the tech world, where I started the first drone company run by women. We used drones to help people—from helping farmers to aiding in disasters. After selling that company, I didn’t stop. Now, I work with data from the sky and below the ground in my wonderful data analytics venture " Studio Kunst" and also to help female founders grow their businesses with the latest tech at " Encubay". I believe in being strong, kind, and always looking for new ways to solve problems. My story is about never giving up and always fighting for what’s right, especially when it comes to being there for women.
