  • Bhopu is used by local residents, businesses & government departments for variety of use cases. Bhopu boasts world-class user interface designs and engineering, which is improving political governance at the grassroots levels of India.
  • Helped conceptualise the brand, design and develop the app and ran it for the city. I personally went to the homes of people to add first 100 users.
  • I regularly attended Sunday resident meetings in my neighbourhood to understand local issues, improve products, and tell people about them.
  • I started to read school books on Civics to understand how Panchayat, Nagar Nigam, Vidhan Sabha, Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha function. How does our country function at both central government and state government level.
  • I deeply went about understanding the role of Mayor and Indore Municipal Commissioner to give them unprecedented ward-wise, colony-wise and citizen-access of Indore.
  • With a little team of 8 people we were able to get to 80,000 downloads, 1200 daily active users and 40% stickiness ratio in 2 years of starting from scratch operating only in one city.
