The word pranali refers to a particular system, organisational structure or policy. Yup, that's me, Pranali, a leader, entrepreneur, traveller! I have a reputation for success and a tremendous quest to acquire knowledge. I am a strong believer in processes, given that I am a green belt in six sigma. There are no formulas when it comes to marketing technology, my MBA in IT taught me to make my own. I am a Six Sigma Green Belt (IT-Specialization) from Six Sigma Advantage Inc., USA.  I am trained & certified in NLP, Master Practitioner from NFNLP - The National Federation of Neurolinguistic Programming, USA. I am certified in Advanced Telepathic Animal Communication from Earthwise, Pune. Studying psychology is helping me to decipher minds, thoughts and behaviours, after all marketing is all about people. I am immensely grateful and honoured to receive the Pune's Woman Leaders award by the World Women Leadership Congress. Women Achievers RanRagini 2023 Award and the Outstanding Award in the field of Entrepreneurship by SaiBalaji Group of Institutes.  I am a traveller, I want to see the world, and for me my travel is my success. I have traversed through many countries, rejoiced in their cultural experiences and humbly learned a number of lessons in the travels. From my Kailash Mansarovar yatra to my Himalayan treks, scaling the unforgiving Sahyadris to treating myself in foreign countries, it's been a wonderful hell of a journey. The best part of my entrepreneur journey has been setting up Marketing & Business Development teams for companies across the globe. The gratifying part is to experience the teams performing and generating record results. I am deeply involved with my team and work with each member personally to ensure they grow in their role & are successful. Today I am mentoring startups to set up and accelerate their business plan by collaborating with the Entrepreneur to visualise and define roadmaps and plans that can generate measurable outcomes in their journey. Putting out my story through magazines such as Business Connect, The CEO Magazine, Silicon India and many other to motivate and inspire fellow entrepreneurs. Actively participating in panels in Universities across India and Startup communities to add to my Entrepreneur community. I am training in Meipadam and Karlakattai (ancient Indian warrior fitness art), advanced meditation and yoga, 100% vegetarian.
