I help SaaS and technology businesses scale and win across Asia Pacific. Over the last 20+ years, I’ve built and led high-performing sales, marketing, and commercial teams that consistently deliver double-digit growth, market expansion, and recurring revenue at scale. Currently, I lead G2’s Asia Pacific & Global SMB business, driving the world’s largest B2B software marketplace across these segments. Under my leadership, we’ve expanded our market presence, built and developed our teams, and scaled revenue in one of the fastest-growing SaaS ecosystems globally. Previously, I served as the CRO/Commercial Director at ProductReview, where I built the commercial organization from the ground up - scaling SaaS subscriptions, digital advertising revenue, and data sales, while establishing strategic partnerships with Australian and global companies. Earlier, I was Vice President, Asia Pacific at Forrester, where I grew subscription research and advisory sales with CIOs and CMOs, leading initiatives in Customer Experience, Digital Transformation, and eCommerce. I joined Forrester through its acquisition of Springboard, the research firm I co-founded, scaled into multiple regions (China, India, Australia, Middle East, US), and successfully exited. With deep experience from living in Singapore, Australia, Hong Kong, Malaysia, and New Zealand, I bring proven expertise in: - Scaling SaaS and subscription revenue models. - Building and leading cross-border teams. - Driving go-to-market strategies across complex APAC markets. - Partnering with boards, investors, and PE/VC-backed firms on growth strategy.
