Earlier, I was Vice President, Asia Pacific at Forrester, where I grew subscription research and advisory sales with CIOs and CMOs, leading initiatives in Customer Experience, Digital Transformation, and eCommerce. I joined Forrester through its acquisition of Springboard, the research firm I co-founded, scaled into multiple regions (China, India, Australia, Middle East, US), and successfully exited. With deep experience from living in Singapore, Australia, Hong Kong, Malaysia, and New Zealand, I bring proven expertise in: - Scaling SaaS and subscription revenue models. - Building and leading cross-border teams. - Driving go-to-market strategies across complex APAC markets. - Partnering with boards, investors, and PE/VC-backed firms on growth strategy. My passion lies in building businesses, developing talent, and accelerating SaaS adoption across Asia Pacific. Originally from the US, I am currently a permanent resident in Singapore.
