• Redesign SME journey for existing business banking customers to update their KYC with the use of digital technologies, resulting in ZERO overdue KYC's. Also, designed an interface for a common file repository system (Document Vault) to help the customers manage their documents with the Bank, which can be reviewed at the time of KYC renewals.
• 2. Bank in Abu Dhabi
• Digitized the account opening process for the customers by working in an agile environment with a sequence of sprints to deliver MVP1. The incubation of the product included multiple workshops with stakeholders, creating a product vision, refining service blueprints, and applying user testing results in the prototype. The outcome we received was 100K+ downloads on Google Play Store and a 50% conversion rate in opening an account excluding exceptions.

• Digital transformation of wealth management for high net worth profiles. Digitized their offline client-facing process by making comprehensive dashboard presentations, profile handling, and organizing their printed report structure with a rich visual appearance.

• Research-led for a VOIP-based communication app for Idea data users which covered 30 user interviews in different cities to identify the current pattern and expectations from leading apps. Finally drove with an analysis of what to build with personas and user journeys.
