I am a passionate, customer-centric Product Manager with diverse and interesting experience across leading startups such as Niyo, Paytm, CarDekho, and Ridlr (An Ola company). I have experience in both launching products (0-1) and scaling products for growth (1-10). At Niyo, a leading neo-banking platform, I led initiatives to enhance the user experience for Niyo Global, a product enabling seamless international travel and payments. I played a key role in improving transactions, optimizing card delivery, improving customer support and growing international transaction volume. I also owned the Net Promoter Score (NPS) for Niyo Global increasing from 13 to 55. I also launched the innovative QR code based lounge pass feature on the Niyo App. At Ridlr, I contributed to the development of the National Common Mobility Card and led strategies for new business expansion. Prior to that, at Paytm Payments Bank, I played a pivotal role in launching digital banking from the ground up. At CarDekho, I established a new business unit focused on used-car inspections. Earlier in my career, I worked as an Industry Analyst at EY. I'm looking to collaborate with early-stage startups looking to build or scale their products.
