Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to do a bhel puri of enriching things. I started in PR, store merchandising and customer engagement before I stumbled into online marketing by chance. After a bit of monkey-see-monkey-do in many areas of online marketing, I found that tech content was my craft of choice. Since then (for fifteen years, ngl), I've developed a stronger and stronger instinct for it, today owning, running and writing at Emdash, a B2B tech content agency. At Emdash, we’ve worked with some of the best enterprise teams at Cognizant, Infosys, Edgeverve, Thoughtworks, WaveMaker and more. Among startups, we have had the privilege of calling ClickUp, Spendflo, Facilio, TuneAI, Scripbox and others as clients. From delivering the run-of-the-mill blog posts and ebooks to the off-but-challenging brand workshops, video scripts, CEO talks, and award nominations, we’ve walked the content garden path several times over. My last gig was as the Assistant Editor of Film Companion South. During the pandemic, I chanced upon a different use for myself. I helped dozens (if not hundreds) of professionals better their resumes, which led to the creation of www.thewhole.works. I often write about work, freelancing, writing and other things there.
