Building a 0-1 agentic AI assistant, Sidebar, that revolutionizes knowledge management, ops, and decision-making for in-house legal teams. Currently in an invite-only preview, Sidebar sits on top of internal knowledge (existing contracts and policies, etc.) and can do open-domain research, document drafting, and a lot more, while speeding up task resolution using background agentic automation.
Reducing legal-ops workload by building efficient workflow automation tooling for contract creation, approval, and signing. The outcome is self-serve management of workflow triggers and actions so contracts can be executed faster.
Spearheading initiatives around building a scalable contract data platform that can help businesses leverage source-of-truth data present inside contracts, and empower them to make better decisions.
