• Strategizing the manufacturing activities with capacity expansions in pulp, paper and paperboard plants to meet the expected market projections with targeted IRR’s as part of annual planning exercise.
• Selection of technology, machinery for all the expansion projects. Handled projects worth Rs.4000+ cr. during my career at ITC.

• Business owner for SAP (ERP) implementation division wide and its effective usage. Under my stewardship we successfully went live on SAP across all units,all functions and with all SAP modules without stopping manufacturing operations even for minute.
