• In my role as Client Partner for the EU Security & Defence institutions, I lead the relationship and sales process for EU institutions related to law enforcement, justice, civil protection and defence. Examples include eu-LISA, Frontex, DG HOME, EDA, DG DEFIS, EMSA and EUDA.
• Established and emerging technologies, ranging from Software Factories to trusted AI, or from hybrid and sovereign cloud to cybersecurity, are today already helping security and defence institutions to perform their operations and intelligence missions better. Technology helps in various use cases, such as the fight of human trafficking, better protecting children, identifying financial crime, smart battlefields and many others.
• In my work, I leverage all services from Capgemini (advisory, implementation along data | cloud | software services, engineering, testing) to best contribute to the EU digital roadmap in security and defence.

• In my role as chief-of-staff to the Global Public Sector, I built jointly with the Global PS Head at Capgemini, Marc Reinhardt.
• My main missions involved the creation of an ecosystem mobilizing 100+ account executives of the company, dealing with Public Administration, Healthcare, Welfare, Tax & Customs, Defence and Security and Justice.
• I developed the created ecosystem into a living environment of support mechanisms helping clients from across 25 countries, such the creation of our Public Sector Knowledge Library, the translation of global offers into a Public Sector context, and the direct support to key deals and client meetings. These activities led me to meet more than 200 of our clients at Capgemini.
• In this role, I managed a team of 20 colleagues, hiring and developing talents from various geographical and skillset horizons, ranging from working students to senior directors.

• In my role as Global Offer Leader for Data & AI in the Public Sectors, I created and led the Go-To-Market of our strategy in this field for public service clients.
• This role brought me through all stages of the Go to Market, from creating thought leadership to equiping our narrative with solutions tailored to public services, interacting with C-suite stakeholders from client managing multi-million € budgets, both at national and international level.
• Highlights of my time in this role include:
• Creating of a tailormade Public Sector offer for Collaborative Data Ecosystems, GenAI, Ethical AI and Data for Net Zero.
• Advising clients in their emerging work on artificial intelligence, data spaces, including in high-risk environments such as the Covid crisis, law enforcement projects and sensible projects requiring privacy enhancing techniques.
• Building a 3 year partnership with the United Nations' ITU agency, around their AI4Good summit and our contribution in the fields of Healthcare, Environment, Justice and Employment.
• Being at the frontline of this market during 2019 and 2024 provided me with precious insights along political, jurisdictional, business and technological dimensions.
• I had the opportunity to build and develop a team of 10 people in the context of my role, working with data analysts, data scientists and data architects from various countries.
