I am a marketing leader who is best described as an integrator -- I know how to bring people together, how to motivate teams towards a shared goal, and I often serve as the connective tissue for an organization. I am resourceful, driven, and warm. I do my best work in environments where I am responsible for creating organizational clarity, communicating effectively, and working cross-functionally. My background in commercial, SMB, and enterprise marketing make me particularly well suited for organizations looking for a marketing leader who understands both how to drive results and how to do so collaboratively. Currently, I lead a team of marketing managers running integrated marketing campaigns for our Growth/New Business segment within Adobe's Digital Experience business. Prior to this role, I led marketing/ABM efforts for our DX business across all of our application categories (e.g. Commerce, Asset Manager, etc.) focusing on our discover level journey stage. When I first joined Adobe in 2019, I was responsible for driving demand for Magento Commerce--now Adobe Commerce--through integrated campaigns that supported pipe creation & acceleration across all segments. I am a data-driven marketer, who always keeps the customer in mind when developing any messaging, or marketing campaign. In my second quarter with Adobe I won a "Marketing MVP" award for my launch of our Commerce Interactive Product Tours, that were the highest performing marketing program for the first half of the year, and went on to become an evergreen campaign for the business and are still leveraged on our homepage. In 2020, I won an Adobe Capabilities Award for "Creativity" from our VP, for my leadership in driving business results across several creative integrative campaigns for the commercial business including the "Power of AND" campaign for Magento Commerce. I received my BA in Philosophy from UC Berkeley, and an MBA from the Duke University, Fuqua School of Business.
