Currently I am COO for Microsoft EMEA, leading a strong team of sales enablement, go to market, sales operations and marketing professionals to work with our customers and partners across 120+ markets to help drive digital transformation and the power of AI through our portfolio of solutions (Cloud &AI Platforms, Business Applications, Security & Modern work collaboration and productivity solutions). I started my career in consulting before moving into technology, and have worked across Europe, Asia and with global teams over the last 25 years. As a qualified executive coach, I am vested in supporting others in their progression, and developing teams, and work with mentoring start ups and NGOs. Passionate about Diversity & inclusion, I have played a leadership role across Microsoft to sponsor and promote includion, diversity & allyship in many forms. I have a B.Comm, Masters in Business Studies, MSc in Coaching, Post grad diplomas in Marketing, Executive Coaching and Psychodynamic group coaching, and certificate in Group Psychodynamic Psychotherapy.
