• EducatorNext was the platform, and it was about simplifying the way education is delivered that sought to create an ecosystem of parent, teacher, and student on a single portal.
• Specialized content was created for better delivery to students. Features for attendance and notifications were provided for teachers and students.
• But more than the product, learned the necessary lessons of a startup.

• Teaching English- Maths- Logic to the esteemed batch of Government of Maharastra at 'YASHADA' (Yashwantrao Chavan Academy of Development Administration), the state government centre meant for training the best UPSC aspirants in the state who had entered the training by clearing statewide training exams.
• I had to teach, train, and evaluate some of the brightest UPSC aspirants. It included everything from designing question papers, to conducting daily lectures on aptitude, and being available for the students doubt solving sessions.
• Most of the students were either older or same age as me.

• This project was proving that subprime lending in India is a great idea if done with focus and clarity. As someone entrusted with complete responsibility of representing the housing loan venture in Pune, I had two tasks:
• 1) Analysis of builders in and around Pune area for potential tie-up with HFFC. Was on my bike and conducting background research for builders half the time.
• 2) Approval and disbursement of customer loans, by judging their ability to pay back by both formal and intuitive means.
