Prior to this position I worked as Chief Manager, Grants Management Division at IKP Knowledge Park, Hyderabad and work towards Biotechnology Ignition Grant (BIG) of Biotechnology Industry Research Assistance Council (BIRAC), a Govt. of India enterprise. My job at IKP involves managing various national and international grants that support biotechnology R&D startups as well as academicians and individuals, set promotional priorities, develop a flawless work schedule, constantly monitor progress towards goals, and track details/data/information/activities. Currently holding additional roles as Board member for AVISHKARAN BioNest-NIPER Hyderabad & Vice President for ISBA. Also part of several advisory and governing boards of Incubators, Institutional Innovation Councils (IICs) and other committees.
