• Unleash the potential of having real conversations with machines wherever the user is. I worked with engineers, scientists, designers to deliver a natural user experience when interacting with Cortana (personal assistant).
• Designed a robust data platform used to train and evaluate models with a self service capability used by skills teams to extract production and crowd sourced data feeds - this pipeline enabled to increase data quality and consistency
• Defined metrics calculation and dashboards to track LU quality overtime used by LT and overall organization
• Direct collaboration with our skill teams to define and model new scenarios delivered by Cortana (e.g. Home Automation, Reminder, Calendar, Calling, Messaging, Microsoft Teams).

• I defined the vision for a brand new space and product: digital life in cars as part of the Microsoft Connected Vehicle Platform program. This vision articulated across different products enabled our team to have a better clarity on the investment (ROI, COGS), industry landscape (partners and competitors) and requirements/risks.
• This vision is now being developed and brings the best of the Microsoft ecosystem (Cortana/Office365/Knowledge graph, Azure IOT, etc.) into cars with the flexibility the automotive industry needs. This product is now a critical piece that car makers want to leverage for their incoming programs.
• I also defined the UX principles and framework for the in and out car experience used today to implement a reference solution on mobile, in a car head unit and also on bigger screens. Those have been critical for a team with limited expertise and background in user experience.

• Part of the engineering group responsible to build and ship the Windows Shell on desktop and mobile devices, I worked on numerous features around the device experience from Win8 to Win10 that truly improved the user and the developer experience.
• Audio and Media controlling experience that shows off useful system media controls to users to stay in context of what they do. It's still very much used by 10s of millions of users on a daily basis today!
• Windows @Home/IOT vision - I defined the first pieces of what Windows should do to enter the space of home automation including value prop and our differentiation. This work was the first piece of what is now used through the home automation Cortana skill.
• Continuum for Phone - probably the most disruptive product I worked on during my time in Windows. Basically we came up with the crazy idea to extend the phone to become a PC. This project went through! From user studies to go to market along with Windows 10 mobile. I helped with different parts of the products like the first run experience, device connection with external screens/keyboard/speaker, thermal management and app window management. it was perceived as a huge innovation by enthusiasts and developers.
• My best reward? Customer satisfaction. From big v1 product like Continuum for phone to smaller features that impact the life of 350+ millions users daily.

• My role was to manage the license delivery (DRM flows) and Subscription/Billing platform for millions of transactions/requests per day.

• Started as a contestant and then as a coach and judge for local and worldwide finals in the Software Design Invitational. A magical experience to think about new usages and innovation for tomorrow!
