I along with Vigyan Ashram and Chaitanya Foundation started this rural-India organization. We work with village ladies and help them to put forth their healthy yet yummy recipes on a global platform. Currently, we have two of our products Morninga Bar and Nutri 7. These two products are from the village called Pabal, Pune. Morninga Bar is exclusively made from moringa leaves and Nutri 7 are handcrafted laddus made from pearl millets, melon seeds, flax seeds etc. We work directly with the village women, help them standardize and modify their own recipes.

Under the guidance of Dr. Arun Dixit and Dr. J.B. Joshi, a literature survey and research on cost effective methods for Vitamin D supplements was carried out. This was an amazing experience as this included a lot brainstorming and reading of the literature. This research taught me the importance of interactive discussions while developing a module.
